Individual Accountabilities
- Customer Order Management - Enquiries, Quotes, Order receipt to deliveries, Payments.
- Customer Relationship Management - Account creation, Leads, Opportunities, Quotes and Case Management.
- Sales Coordination - Deliver NSV as per sales targets and accounts receivable.
- Inside Sales Support - Generating leads and convert leads to business opportunity.
- Internal coordination with Manufacturing Unit, Operations and CFT to meet sales and business objectives.
- Customer Master and Customer Product Price Maintenance.
- Coordinate with supply chain management for material status imports and local manufacturing for On-Time Delivery Service.
- Cross functional team collaboration for new product developments, localization and samples to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Liaise with internal and external customers.

What Are We Looking For
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field.
- 2 - 3 years experience in global company with experience in Customer Service and Inside Sales.
- Experience in manufacturing industry handling OEMs or Distribution is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems on Customer Order Management and Salesforce management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable to multi-task in fast-paced environment while working collaboratively and efficiently.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English and Hindi is a must.
