Attend the walk-ins for Packing Supervisor/Operator at Amneal , Ahmedabad on 04th Jan- 2026 (Sunday).

:

To lead and manage all packing operations for injectable products, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, achieving production targets, maintaining quality, and optimizing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management:

• To Organize and Supervise the activity of Packing of Finished Pharmaceutical Products (Injectables)
• To arrange and document Line clearance before starting packing of a product.
• To Document Packing Activity in BPR for Parenteral and External Preparation.
• To maintain and counter check environmental conditions as per SOP in the packing hall.
• To Perform different tests Like leak test , evaluation of over printing , appearance of the pack that is produced on line.
• To Reconcile Packing Material and return the left over to Stores as per SOP.
• 
  To Organize transfer of Finished Goods to BSR , as per Internal system.

2. Quality and Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to all cGMP, USFDA, MHRA, and other regulatory requirements.
• Perform periodic audits of the packing area to maintain compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to ensure that packing activities meet quality standards.

3. Inventory and Material Management:

• Monitor and manage packing materials, inventory levels, and wastage to optimize costs.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• In-depth knowledge of injectable packing processes and machinery.
• Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines like cGMP, USFDA, and MHRA.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Minimum 03 years of experience in packing operations, with pharmaceutical injectable manufacturing facility.
