Job Description

    You are looking to hire a Female Candidate for the position of Onboarding Specialist (HR) in Nashik. As an Onboarding Specialist in an IT consulting environment, your primary responsibility will be to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires, making them feel welcomed and ready to excel in their roles. Collaboration with HR, hiring managers, and IT teams is key to providing a comprehensive onboarding experience.
    Your duties will include managing the complete onboarding process for new employees, from scheduling orientation sessions to ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed before their start date. You will also be responsible for initiating Background Verification (BGV) processes and conducting engaging orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with company culture, policies, and procedures.
    Close coordination with the IT department will be essential to set up new hires" accounts and equipment, while working with department heads to arrange role-specific training. Creating a welcoming environment by introducing new employees to team members and key stakeholders, as well as gathering feedback for continuous process improvement, will be crucial.
    Maintaining accurate records of onboarding activities and employee progress, along with generating reports to track metrics and identify areas for enhancement, are part of your role. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies during the onboarding process and staying updated on industry best practices are also important aspects.

    To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in onboarding, HR, or a related role, preferably within the IT consulting industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organizational abilities, and proficiency in HR software and tools are required. The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment is also essential.
    Preferred skills include familiarity with IT industry standards, experience with employee engagement strategies, and knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations. This is a full-time job with benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund, with a day shift schedule and performance bonus. The work location is in person at Panchavati, Nashik, Maharashtra, with night shift availability required. The expected start date is 04/03/2025.,
