Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Lead – APAC Staffing to oversee recruitment operations across the Asia-Pacific region. The ideal candidate will lead a team of recruiters, manage stakeholder relationships, drive hiring strategies, and ensure timely delivery of quality talent across multiple business functions and geographies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the APAC recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across APAC regions including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce requirements and recruitment priorities.
• Develop and implement effective staffing strategies for volume hiring and niche skill recruitment.
• Monitor recruiter performance, productivity, and hiring metrics.
• Ensure excellent candidate experience and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Build strong talent pipelines through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
• 
  Handle escalations and resolve recruitment-related challenges efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with regional labor laws, company policies, and hiring standards.
• Prepare recruitment reports, dashboards, and market intelligence updates for management.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives across APAC.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with at least 1–2 years in a team leadership role.
• Strong experience in APAC hiring and stakeholder management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience with recruitment tools and ATS platforms such as Workday, Greenhouse, or Lever.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in IT staffing or multinational recruitment environments.
• Knowledge of regional hiring practices across APAC countries.
• Experience handling client-facing recruitment operations.
