Job Description
As Influencer Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies, managing relationships with influencers, coordinating campaigns, analysing performance metrics and ensuring alignment with brand objectives. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful campaigns and foster community engagement.
Your Responsibility
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that align with our brand goals, driving awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Influencer Relationship Management: Identify, build, and maintain strong relationships with key influencers and creators in relevant industries.
- Content & Campaign Coordination: Oversee all aspects of influencer campaignsfrom content creation and scheduling to performance tracking and reporting. This includes drafting clear briefs and setting expectations for influencers.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with creative, social media, on-ground operation, and other internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and brand alignment across all channels.
- Budget & Performance Tracking: Manage campaign budgets, track expenses, ensure cost-effectiveness, and regularly report on campaign performance and ROI.
- Industry Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, new influencers, and best practices to continually improve strategies.
- Partner Collaboration: Build and nurture partnerships with agencies, vendors, and sponsors to unlock co-branded opportunities and maximize campaign impact.
- Analysis & Reporting: Measure the success of influencer campaigns, analyze data, and deliver insights to optimize future initiatives
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

- 4-6 years of experience in influencer marketing, with a preference for experience in gaming, esports, or entertainment.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and how influencer ecosystems work.
- A well-established network of influencers and relationships within the social media community is highly valued.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and manage relationships effectively.
- Strong attention to detail, the ability to prioritize tasks, and experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana), influencer tracking tools, and analytics platforms.
- A passion for Gaming, Entertainment, or youth culture is a big bonus!
