Life Insurance Agent Recruiter

What role you will play in team: You will source, screen, interview, and onboard new life insurance agents for our clients. You will be critical to expanding our client's sales force and building their success.

What you will do: Develop and implement recruitment strategies, network with potential candidates, conduct interviews, manage the hiring process, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibility:

• Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies for life insurance agents.
• Sourcing potential candidates through various channels (e.g., online job boards, networking events).
• Screening resumes and conducting phone interviews.
• Conducting in-person or virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Managing the entire hiring process from initial contact to offer letter.
  
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Tracking key recruitment metrics and reporting on progress.
• Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (HR, Business).
• Proven experience in recruitment, particularly within the insurance industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
