Our opportunity is your chance to play a crucial role in redefining the world of talent. Interested As a Principal Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will assist Hiring Managers in filling open positions by offering expert guidance and ensuring quality throughout the recruitment process. You will be responsible for creating and delivering excellent recruitment services and following the established service agreements. This role requires using recruitment technology tools and managing end-to-end processes. Youll engage directly with the client where you will give expert advice and manage their expectations at every stage of the hiring process.
What youll be doing:
- Create and maintain trusted partner relationships with Senior hiring managers/stakeholders
- Independent execution of the end-to-end delivery of recruitment services
- Lead discussion on attraction strategies with Sourcing and hiring managers
- Anticipate potential stakeholder issues within own area of expertise, taking action to address, and using judgment to escalate appropriately
- Ensure that all changes to a candidate's status and requisition updates are tracked in real time in all relevant systems.
- Proactively manage future demand.
Youll need to demonstrate:
- Experience of end-to-end recruitment delivery with expertise in at least one market sector
- Understanding of attraction strategies and candidate sourcing strategies (e.g. web sourcing, networking, advertising, and database searching)
- Experience of using recruitment technology
- Working knowledge of legislation affecting the area of work
