Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Collection Associate

Achieving monthly and quarterly collection targets by ensuring timely EMI recovery.

Tracing and contacting delinquent customers for overdue payments and resolving disputes.

Maintaining healthy relationships with customers while ensuring recovery in a professional manner.

Supporting field visits, skip tracing, and recovery drives to improve collection efficiency.

Ensuring adherence to company collection policy, legal compliance, and minimizing delinquency ratio.

Qualifications

• Collection process knowledge, Loan products, Legal & compliance norms
• Negotiation, Communication, MS Office, Field Recovery Skills
• 25 years (preferably in NBFC / Banking collections)
• Graduate / Diploma (Any Stream)
