Trade Marketer - Personal Care Industry

Our client is leading conglomerate with diversified business interests across Middle East and India are looking to hire a Trade Marketer based out of Oman for one of their Personal Care Industry
Key Responsibilities
- Initiative management
- Exploit (IMP) initiative master plans at granular level by trade channel
- Develop initiative tool kits (Localize for Principle led initiatives and develop for market led initiatives)
- Own the development of in store sales fundamentals, POSM and concept sells
- Develop retail performance standards

- Customize solutions by customer, market and channels to support CBD
- CBD training and development on category and brands initiatives
- Contribute to the demand & supply process
- Own sales building blocks and business analysis
- Budget recommendation, planning and tracking
- Competitive assessment and pricing analysis
- Heavily engaged with the principles in the initiative design
- Own his/her assessment form (PEP)
- Own his/her scorecards
- Own his/her MOL (Monthly operation letter)
- Own his/her business, stewardship
- Conduct field visit at-least once every 2 weeks
