- Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage and oversee assigned trademark portfolios.
- Handle trademark prosecution, opposition, and rectification matters before relevant authorities.
- Draft, review, and file applications, oppositions, counter-statements, and responses.
- Advise clients on trademark availability, filing strategies, and brand protection.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel for effective case management.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all trademark-related activities.
- Support senior leadership in business development initiatives and client relationship management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience: 7-10 years of relevant experience in Trademark law and IP practice.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Law (LL.B.) or equivalent; Masters in IP Law preferred.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in independent portfolio management.
- Strong exposure to trademark prosecution and opposition proceedings.
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and research skills.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a similar role within a reputable IP law firm or corporate legal department.
- Working knowledge of international trademark laws and filing systems (e.g., Madrid Protocol).
- Strong client-handling and advisory capabilities.
