Global Claims Quality Assurance are a part of the Global Claims Team. The QA DA team’s core aim is to assist and work with all Claims audit functions by providing support and expertise to all internal Claims audit QA DA related activity. The main focus of the Global QA Framework is to improve claims outcomes through the QA cycle:
1) identification of necessary claims initiatives and good practice,
2) claims improvement recommendation,
3) claims improvement facilitation.
Execution
- Identification of good / best practice and sharing this with all Claims functions.
- Using output from all QA activity (as well as any other relevant claims related information) to provide continuous improvement suggestions together with practical solutions and assistance for implementation and which are delivered in a consistent format.
- Tracking and reporting of training plans and mechanisms for testing and ensuring adequate understanding and application of local claims procedures.

The role requires:
- highly organised approach to managing a heavy workload and multiple simultaneous tasks/projects
- technical and operational claims experience
- Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
- excellent written output
- ability to consistently meet deadlines
