Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant Vice President at Anand Rathi Insurance Brokers Ltd. Based in Chennai, the role involves providing strategic guidance, building and maintaining client relationships, leading business development initiatives, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Work responsibilities will require a balance of on-site presence in Chennai with the flexibility to work from home when needed.

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Masters degree preferred)
• Prior experience in team leadership in a fast-paced environment is an advantage
