Insurance Broker Associate

What role you will play in team: As an Insurance Broker Associate, you'll be the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice and solutions for their insurance needs.

What you will do: You'll analyze client requirements, source appropriate insurance products from various providers, and manage the entire brokerage process.

Key responsibility:

• Analyze client needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
• Prepare insurance proposals and presentations.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with insurance providers.
• Manage policy renewals and amendments.
  
• Maintain client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
• Stay updated on insurance market trends and regulations.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• IRDA certification (preferred).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of insurance products and markets.
