Job Description
What role you will play in team: As an Insurance Broker Associate, you'll be the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice and solutions for their insurance needs.
What you will do: You'll analyze client requirements, source appropriate insurance products from various providers, and manage the entire brokerage process.
Key responsibility:
- Analyze client needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
- Prepare insurance proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with insurance providers.
- Manage policy renewals and amendments.
- Maintain client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
- Stay updated on insurance market trends and regulations.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
- IRDA certification (preferred).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of insurance products and markets.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
