Patient Caller (Female) - RCM

Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
Maintain accurate and patient records and medication details.
Handle patient communication, follow-ups and queries.
Manage documentation of medical records.
Provide general clerical and office support

Required Candidate profile

1–3 years of relevant experience
Prior experience in healthcare or clinical support preferred
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Willing to work night shift (US shift) 6:30 pm - 3:00 am
