Position Overview
Anaqua is looking for a highly motivated and proactive IP docketing, training, and audit expert who is eager to help us attain our continuing growth goals.

- This is a blended role that requires the Manager to focus on audit, training, and managing the IP docketing accounts.
- Ability to manage a team of auditors and trainers to ensure day-to-day operations are running smoothly.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the new team members.
- Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives relating to Training and Audit.
- Creating and Continuous updation of Intellectual Property SOPs for the process periodically.
- Create intellectual property training materials, and modules to support effective learning.
- Conduct assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
- Assess the effectiveness of IP training programs through participant feedback, performance metrics, and other evaluation methods.
- Conducts comprehensive audits, using client guidelines, knowledge of organization best practices, and understanding of controls to provide management with an independent appraisal of the control environment surrounding business processes or activities.
- IP domain knowledge and experience in docketing (US and Non-US, Patents & Trademark) is a must.
- Experience of working on ANAQUA/PATTSY would be preferred.
- Proven experience in a managerial role for IP docketing accounts.
- Experience in managing training and audit teams/processes.

- Proven experience as a Trainer/Auditor or similar role would be an added advantage.
- Candidates with IP experience will only be considered.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in IP docketing, audit, and trainer roles and 4-5 years of experience in Training and Audit.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task to perform roles smoothly without missing deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
