About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Commercial Real Estate Closing Agent to join our team in Kothrud, Pune. The ideal candidate should have experience in closing real estate transactions and possess strong client management and negotiation skills.
Location: Kothrud, Pune
Key Responsibilities
- Manage leads and convert prospects into successful closures.
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable investment opportunities.
- Negotiate commercial terms and facilitate deal closures.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure a seamless customer journey from inquiry to closure.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-5 years of experience in Residential or Commercial Real Estate Sales.
- Proven experience in deal closures.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Knowledge of the Pune real estate market will be an added advantage.
