Real Estate Sales Manager - Second Homes

Job description

Client Acquisition: Identify and prospect potential clients interested in buying, selling, or renting properties. This may involve networking, cold calling, Chanel Partner Sourcing or leveraging online platforms to generate leads.

Channel Partner Management: Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with Channel Partners (CPs), brokers, and external agencies. Conduct regular CP engagement activities, meets, and training sessions to improve performance and loyalty. Ensure CPs have updated knowledge about project inventory, pricing, and offers. Drive lead generation through CP networks, corporate tie-ups, and local broker associations. Track and monitor CP performance, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion of leads. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure sourced leads are effectively converted.

Client Consultation: Meet with clients via site visits or video calls to understand their specific needs, preferences, and budget constraints. Provide personalized advice and guidance on the buying process, market conditions, property values, and financing options.

Property Pitch: Help clients find suitable configuration that meet their criteria and preferences.. Arrange property viewings and accompany clients on site visits to evaluate potential options.

Negotiation: Negotiate purchase offers, counteroffers, on behalf of Developer/Anarock to achieve favourable outcomes.

Transaction Management: Coordinate and facilitate real estate transactions from offer acceptance to closing. Liaise with Banks, Channel Partners and other parties involved in the transaction to ensure a smooth and timely closing process.

Market Research: Stay informed about local market trends, property values, zoning regulations, and other factors that may impact real estate transactions. Conduct comparative market analyses (CMAs) on a regular basis

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the buying process. Address questions, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner. Keep clients informed and updated on the status of their transactions.

Documentation: Prepare, review and execute the booking documents, cost sheets, Client KYC and bank home loan documents. Ensure all paperwork is completed correctly and submitted on time to facilitate smooth transactions.

Technology Integration: Leverage Anarock technology platforms and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of sales operations and ensure sop compliance.
