Job Description
Purpose of the Job
i. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to understand and fulfill their real estate needs.
ii. Serve as the key point of contact for clients throughout the property buying/selling process.
iii. Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and leveraging market knowledge.
Role summary
i. Manage a diverse portfolio of clients including individual buyers, investors, and developers.
ii. Conduct market research and provide insights to clients for informed property decisions
iii. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless client experience.
Responsibilities
i. Develop and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients. ii. Identify client requirements and recommend appropriate property solutions. iii. Conduct property site visits and presentations to clients. iv. Negotiate terms and close property transactions effectively. v. Maintain an updated database of client interactions and sales pipeline. vi. Coordinate with developers, legal teams, and financial institutions for smooth transactions. vii. Provide after-sales support and build trust for repeat business. viii. Stay updated with current real estate market trends and competitor activities. ix. Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives. x. Prepare and present sales reports to management regularly

• Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 2-6 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or related industries.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
• Client-centric approach with a passion for delivering superior customer service.
• Ability to understand market trends and translate them into business opportunities.
• Proficient in CRM software and MS Office applications.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven with excellent organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits.
