Job Description
Job Title: Sourcing Manager
Location: KDMC (Kalyan-Dombivli)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a network of Channel Partners (CPs), brokers, and property consultants.
- Generate leads, site visits, and bookings through the CPs.
- Onboard, engage, and activate new channel partners.
- Conduct project presentations, CP meets, and relationship-building activities.
- Track market trends and identify new business opportunities in the KDMC region.
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure smooth customer closures.
- Maintain MIS reports, lead trackers, and channel partner performance data.
- Achieve monthly sourcing and revenue targets.
Desired Candidate:
- Graduate with 1–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sourcing/Channel Sales.
- Strong broker and channel partner network in KDMC.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented with good knowledge of the residential real estate market.
