Job Title: Sourcing & Closing Manager – Commercial Real Estate
Location: Mulund, Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through channel partners, brokers, and direct sourcing.
- Conduct site visits and client presentations.
- Drive end-to-end sales closures for the commercial project.
- Build and maintain strong broker and investor relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain sales pipeline reports.
Requirements:
- 1–8 years of experience in commercial real estate sales preferred.
- Strong network of channel partners and brokers in Mumbai.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of successful sales closures.
