We are seeking an experienced and proactive Scrum Master to lead Agile teams delivering complex data, cloud, and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong Agile leadership experience, engineering metrics expertise, and the ability to drive continuous improvement within high-performing teams.
Role Overview
As a Scrum Master at Anblicks, you will act as a servant leader and Agile coach for one or more cross-functional teams. You will ensure effective adoption of Scrum principles, optimize team velocity, drive transparency through engineering metrics, and enable predictable, high-quality delivery.
This role requires strong facilitation skills, experience working with distributed teams, and exposure to data engineering or cloud-based projects.
Key Responsibilities

• Agile & Scrum Leadership
• Champion Agile values, principles, and Scrum best practices across teams.
• Coach teams toward self-organization, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure proper implementation of Scrum framework and Agile ceremonies.
• Ceremony Facilitation
• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions.
• Ensure ceremonies are productive, time-boxed, and outcome-driven.
• Promote actionable insights from retrospectives to drive measurable improvements.
• Impediment & Risk Management

• Proactively identify and remove impediments affecting sprint commitments.
• Escalate risks appropriately while driving resolution at the team or stakeholder level.
• Protect teams from scope creep and external disruptions.
• Metrics, Reporting & Transparency
• Track and report key engineering metrics including sprint velocity, burndown/burnup charts, cycle time, lead time, and defect trends.
• Analyze performance trends and collaborate with engineering leadership to drive process improvements.
• Provide clear visibility to stakeholders on delivery health, risks, and capacity planning.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
• Work closely with Product Owners to ensure backlog readiness and prioritization clarity.
• Facilitate realistic estimation and sprint planning processes.
• Maintain transparent communication channels between engineering teams and stakeholders.
• Support alignment between sprint deliverables and broader program objectives.
• Continuous Improvement & Governance
• Drive adoption of Agile maturity models and delivery best practices.
• Partner with PMO and other Scrum Masters to share learnings and standardize delivery frameworks.
• Promote DevOps, CI/CD, and automation practices within Agile workflows.
  

Required Qualifications

Get Hired
• 8+ years of overall IT experience, with significant experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification (PSM preferred).
• Proven track record of leading Agile teams delivering complex technology projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe concepts).
• Experience tracking and reporting engineering KPIs and sprint metrics.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and distributed teams.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Data Engineering, Cloud, AI/ML, or Analytics projects.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tracking tools.
• Experience in DevOps-driven delivery models.
• Exposure to scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe or equivalent).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to process improvement.
