Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage offer negotiation and candidate follow-up until onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment data in the ATS and track hiring progress.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- 4–6 years of IT recruitment experience.
- Experience hiring for Data & AI technologies.
- Strong sourcing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using ATS and job portals.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring timelines.
