About The Job
To maintain daily product stock registers for each product, and record all transfers and deliveries. To reconcile all PDN/PTN and meter readings, confirm and process PDN/PTN(s) through the system and ensures Product Notes issuance restricted all through to company’s regulation and procedures
Job Specific Accountabilities

• Checks and audits products issued as per PDNs/PTNs, includes meter-reading notes compared to Dispatch statements and Control Room statements.
• Prepares daily product transfers, deliveries in the specific statement and reconciles product notes, print output statements though confirming the system and giving monthly reports of meter reading.
• 
  Reconciles daily PDN/PTN-s and meter reading statements received from Control Room. Informs Control Room Officer, Control Room Supervisor and Supply Officer if there are any discrepancies.
• Detaches and files yellow copy of all confirmed PDN/PTNs, before forwarding them to Finance along with the computer printout of daily-confirmed PDN/PTN-s.
• Prepares monthly statement of products received from Umm Al Nar, Moussafa & Ruwais Refineries
• Maintains unit activity records, includes typing daily, monthly reports, and all typographic duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Types, follows up staff annual leave, records in the particular form as well as carrying out typographic duties during the absence of Dispatch Assistant.
• Performs other similar or related duties regarding product supply as and when assigned by direct supervisor. Assists Supply Supervisor for the unit activities and on his absence.

Get Hired

• High School Diploma & Vocational/Technical Training
• 3-5 years’ experience in a relevant field
• Computer literate of basics.
• Good knowledge of Arabic and English languages (spoken & written).
• Valid UAE Driving License
