Experience Required: 5+ Years
Salary: up to 6.00 Lac, per annum
Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager to oversee operations at our hotel in Kasauli Hill. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, with a proven track record of handling over 20 rooms and managing all Food & Beverage (F&B) services, as well as housekeeping arrangements.
Key Responsibilities

• Room Management: Oversee the management of 20+ rooms ensuring high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and guest satisfaction.
• Food & Beverage Operations: Manage all F&B services, including restaurants, bars, and room service, ensuring quality, presentation, and service standards are consistently met.
• Housekeeping Supervision: Lead the housekeeping team to maintain impeccable cleanliness and order throughout the property.
• Guest Relations: Ensure all guests receive a warm welcome and outstanding service throughout their stay.
• Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage hotel staff to maintain high performance and morale.
• Budgeting and Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, control expenses, and optimize revenue streams.
• Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.

  Get Hired
  Event Management: Coordinate and manage events and functions hosted at the hotel.
• Effective communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office.
