The ideal candidate will be:

We are looking for a Full Stack Mid-Level Developer with strong Drupal experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should be logical, proactive, and an excellent communicator, particularly when addressing technical blockers. This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced design agency environment, balancing multiple projects while maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Work primarily with Drupal and WordPress to develop, enhance, and maintain websites.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues on existing websites.
• Develop new features and enhancements for ongoing and upcoming projects.
• 
  Deploy code to test and production environments with appropriate documentation and guidance.
• Collaborate with project managers to review and manage Jira tickets, ensuring daily updates on assigned tasks.
• Participate in sprint planning and agile workflows.
• Provide accurate time and effort estimates for tasks and communicate them effectively.
• Maintain accountability for deliverables and work proactively to meet deadlines.
• Engage in regular communication via Slack with project managers and account managers.
• Log 40 hours weekly, ensuring that 90% of the time is billable to projects or accounts.
• Be mindful of project scope and budget constraints, maintaining accountability for performance.

Required skills:

• 4+ years of experience with PHP.
• 4+ years of experience with HTML5, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript.

  Get Hired
  4+ years of experience with MySQL and database management
• Experience with Drupal (mainly) and WordPress
• Git branching and deployment workflows
• Command line usage for development tasks
• Experience building tools such as npm, gulp, grunt

Conditions:

• ???? Remote role. Overlap with EST.
