Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Media and Digital Marketing Manager at Anfield Study Abroad in kozhikode. The Media Manager will be responsible for all the works in media team.

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across digital platforms (social media, websites, blogs, etc.).
• Oversee the creation and execution of campaigns tailored to various target audiences.
• 
  Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies and suggest improvements.
• rack and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other reporting platforms.
• Monitor and evaluate team members performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Supervise the creation of high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and written materials.
• Approve designs, scripts, and other creative deliverables.
• Lead and mentor media team members, including graphic designers, content writers, and videographers.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Oversee the execution of advertising and promotional campaigns across multiple channels.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless campaign integration.

• 2-3 year experience in digital marketing , media management is mandatory
• candidates from nearby location is highly preferred
• Media Planning and Media Strategy skills
• knowledge in graphic designing , video editing is plus .
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
