JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position: Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon

Qualification: BDS, MDS (Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery)

Core Responsibilities:

Perform surgeries related to facial trauma, jaw fractures, TMJ disorders, oral cancers, and reconstructive surgeries

Conduct corrective jaw surgeries (orthognathic surgeries) and manage facial deformities

Perform dentoalveolar procedures, including wisdom tooth removal, dental implants, and cyst/tumour excision

Collaborate with anesthesiologists, ENT surgeons, plastic surgeons, and oncology teams for multi-disciplinary cases

Ensure compliance with hospital infection control, surgical safety, and NABH/JCI guidelines

Participate in academic activities, CMEs, and research in maxillofacial surgery
