Senior Patent Associate - IP Law Firm

Our client is one of the leading IP Law firms in India with offices in Gurgaon, Bangalore, Mumbai, Chennai and Hyderabad.
In terms of its practice, our client provides service across all aspects of Intellectual Property rights including patents, plant varieties, designs, trademarks, copyright, geographical indications trade secrets and related matters.
Founded in 1994, today it has over 277 people and is amongst the top five IP firms in India.
Our client is looking for Senior Patent Associate for HI Tech team.
Experience - 4-9 years
CTC - as per market standards
Location-Bangalore , Hyderabad and Gurgaon ,Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai(PAN india)

Qualification- B Tech-Computers/Electronic and communication/ IT/Electronic and Telecommunication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patent Drafting: Prepare high-quality patent applications with clear and comprehensive descriptions of inventions related to electronics and communication systems.
- Patent Prosecution: Assist in patent prosecution by drafting responses to office actions, conducting interviews with patent examiners, and addressing any issues to advance the prosecution process.
- Portfolio Management: Assist in managing our patent portfolio by monitoring patent deadlines, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Technical Expertise: Apply your deep technical knowledge to understand inventions, identify patentable aspects, and effectively communicate with inventors and technical teams.
- Legal Compliance: Stay updated on relevant patent laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks associated with intellectual property rights.
- Collaboration: Work closely with inventors, engineers, attorneys, and other team members to develop and implement effective patent strategies that support the company's innovation goals.
- Minimum of two years of experience in patent drafting and prosecution
- Strong understanding of patent laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Candidate who are IPR(Indian Patent Agent) also will work.
