Role Overview:
We are looking for a high-calibre Chief of Staff to work closely with the leadership team of our Franchise / Authorised Partner business. The role will be responsible for driving execution of key business priorities and strategic projects across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end execution of key projects and strategic initiatives for the Franchise / Authorised Partner business.
- Act as the key point of coordination between the Franchise / Authorised Partner business and various corporate functions.
- Work closely with the leadership team to translate business priorities into actionable plans.
- Track key business and operational metrics for the Franchise / Authorised Partner vertical.
- Identify gaps in existing processes and work with relevant teams to improve execution efficiency.
Who you are:
- 6 -9 years of relevant experience, preferably with experience in strategy, management consulting, business operations, transformation, program management or CEO/COO office roles.
- MBA/PGDM from a Tier-1 institute.
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in financial services, broking, wealth management, banking, fintech or related businesses.
- Demonstrated ability to drive projects from initiation to closure.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- High ownership, persistence and bias for execution.
