What you will do:
- Own projects end to end with high ownership, leading cross-functional teams.
- Leverage data analytics to identify patterns, anomalies, and correlations in large datasets.
- Build business dashboards on Databricks and business intelligence tools like Tableau.
- Design and conduct A/B experiments to measure business impact of initiatives.
- Build and execute user growth strategies by using data-driven insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Build forecasting models to predict user growth.
- Identify new growth opportunities and scalable levers.
- Prepare high-impact presentations for senior management.
- Use first principles to identify and solve business problems.
Who you are:
- Tier 1 acads: graduates with upto 2 years of experience in business analytics or post-graduates with upto 1 year of experience in analytics.
- Strong strategic thinking and structured problem-solving.
- Advanced analytical skills and deep comfort with metrics and data analysis & reporting.
- Experience working closely with Product and Data teams.
- Track record of managing cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact.
- Experience in B2C retention and engagement in a high-growth startup or digital-first company is a plus.
- Experience with tools like Clevertap and Mixpanel is a plus.
- AI automation experience is a plus.
