Job Title: AVP - Strategy and Strategic Analytics
Location: Bengaluru
What you will do:
- We are seeking a seasoned AVP - Strategy & Strategic Analytics to spearhead our data-driven decision-making.
- This role is at the intersection of business strategy and advanced analytics, responsible for uncovering strategic insights, building analytical frameworks, and creating tools that drive our growth and operational efficiency.
- Lead high-impact projects by leveraging data to solve complex business problems.
- Dive deep into data using SQL and Python to identify strategic trends and opportunities.
- Develop and build strategic dashboards and data visualizations that provide real-time insights for key business leaders.
- Craft and present data-backed business strategies and recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure data integrity and build analytical capabilities.
- Act as a leader, driving projects from initial analysis to final implementation and measurement.
Who you are:
- Tier 1 Engineering degree and an MBA from a Tier 1 institution.
- 4-6 years of post-MBA experience in a strategy or analytics-focused role.
- Experience in a large-scale, fast-paced startup environment is a great combination.
- Exceptional ability to find and present strategic insights from complex data sets.
- Proven expertise in data analytics, including advanced SQL and Python.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical findings into business strategy.
