Job Title: Senior Lead - Strategic Insights & Advisory
Location: Mumbai
What will you do:
A strategy-first, data-fluent advisor to lead high-impact insight workstreams across Acquisition, Activation, Retention, and Revenue. This role reports to the head of CSMI and will own strategic use cases and interface with Growth, Revenue, and Product leadership to translate insight into action.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders (Growth, Revenue, Product, Brand) to frame business problems and translate them into insight briefs.
- Drive synthesis of customer data, journey friction points, and competitive movements into crisp, actionable recommendations.
- Lead cross-functional insight initiatives (e.g., ICP mapping, drop-off diagnostics, reactivation friction)
- Build quarterly "Insight to Action" reports and foresight briefs for CXO decisions
- Translate journey analytics, segment performance, and VoC into clear recommendations
- Partner with GTM and UX for rollout validation and prioritization impact
Who you are:
- 8-10 years in Growth Strategy, Customer Analytics, or Strategic Consulting
- Comfortable working with analytics, but more importantly knows what questions matter
- One's who have influenced product or business decisions at a high level and enjoy being close to real user problems
- Strong quantitative thinking + ability to package insights into crisp, decision-ready decks
- Proven experience influencing cross-functional leadership (Fintech, D2C, or platform businesses preferred)
