Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages promptly.
• Analyze social media performance and suggest improvements.
  

Content Marketing:

Collaborate with the design team to develop high-quality content (blogs, videos, infographics, etc.) tailored to our audience.

SEO and Website Management:

• Optimize website content for search engines.
• Manage keyword research and implement strategies to improve rankings.

Campaign Management:

• Plan, execute, and monitor paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
• Track ROI and optimize campaigns for better performance.

Analytics and Reporting:

  Get Hired
  Track and report key metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.
• Provide insights to improve engagement and conversion rates.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing (1-3 years preferred).
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Canva.
• Strong understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.

Preferred Skills:

• Content writing skills with experience in creating blogs, social media posts.
