We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive with proven experience in the fertilizer, feed, or dairy farming industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the dairy farming and dairy sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, distributors, and channel partners.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new business opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
• Provide product knowledge and technical support to clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development in fertilizer, animal feed, or dairy farming sectors.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
