Job Profile: Territory Manager Insurance (TMI)
Primary Role:
Team Management:

- To Drive a Team of Center Managers who manage insurance business.
- Train the team on various products, processes and systems.
- Motivate them to achieve targets.
Target Achievement:

- Help the team to design an action plan for business achievement.
- Ensure that the targets are achieved for all the branches allocated to you.
Activity Management:

- Active Engagement with the team on a day to day basis.
- Active Involvement in Training the advisors and arranging Training through Insurers regularly.
- Arranging activities at all locations to increase Customer acquisition for Advisors.
- Utilization of resources of Manufacturers for overall business development.
- Building Relationship with Insurance Companies in the Region and external agencies
Secondary Role:
- Recruiting new advisors as per the target across the region.
- Operational Assistance to various mapped branches for logins and issuance
- Joint Calls with Advisors for big corporate cases and Institutional business
