Chartered Accountant

We are looking for Accounts and Finance Manager for our company based at Pondicherry, Chennai.
*Roles and Responsibilities*
Preparation of MIS and presentation of analysis of Income Statement and Balance Sheet.
Review Balance Sheet Account reconciliations for the business on monthly basis and ensure no accumulation of P and L items in balance sheet.
Perform regular reconciliations of e-commerce transactions, including sales, refunds, and payment gateways
Maintain accurate records of reconciliations, including supporting documentation and audit trails
Manage billing processes, including generating invoices, e-invoicing, verifying billing information, and ensuring accurate and timely billing to clients or customers
Prepare and analyse financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, finalization of trail balance, and Provision for outstanding liabilities
Maintaining the general ledger by recording financial transactions, verifying, and reconciling accounts, bank reconciliation and resolving any discrepancies
Responsible for Statutory compliance with GST and TDS regulations
*Desired Candidate Profile*
Minimum 10 years experience in similar field
Knowledge of Tally, is required
