Role Description

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-

term relationships with our most important clients. Your primary objective will be to

ensure client satisfaction, drive revenue growth, and identify opportunities for account

expansion. You will serve as the main point of contact for key clients and collaborate

closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

? Serve as the primary point of contact for key partners, understanding

their business needs, objectives, and challenges.

? Build strong, trust-based relationships with Partner stakeholders at

various levels, including executives, decision-makers, and influencers.

? Regularly engage with Partner through meetings, calls, emails, and other

communication channels to maintain a strong presence and address any

concerns or inquiries.

2. Account Planning and Strategy:

? Develop strategic account plans for key Partners, outlining objectives,

tactics, and timelines for achieving mutual goals.

? Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling

additional products/services to increase revenue and enhance value for

Partners.

? Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product

development, and customer support, to align strategies and deliver

integrated solutions.

3. Customer Success and Satisfaction:

? Proactively monitor client satisfaction and loyalty, gathering feedback

and addressing issues in a timely and effective manner.

? Anticipate client needs and proactively recommend solutions,

enhancements, or value-added services to meet evolving requirements.

? Ensure timely resolution of Partner inquiries, requests, and escalations,

demonstrating a commitment to exceptional service delivery.

4. Revenue Generation and Performance:

? Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives for assigned key

accounts, driving business growth and maximizing account profitability.

? Track and analyze account performance metrics, such as revenue

growth, retention rates, and customer lifetime value, to identify trends

and opportunities.

? Develop and execute strategies to mitigate churn, minimize revenue loss,

and maximize customer lifetime value.

5. Strategic Planning and Collaboration:

? Participate in strategic planning sessions to align account management

strategies with overall business objectives and market trends.

? Provide insights, market intelligence, and competitive analysis to inform

decision-making and drive innovation.

? Foster a collaborative and customer-centric culture within the

organization, advocating for client needs and priorities.

Qualifications and Skills:

? Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA

preferred.

? Proven experience in key account management, sales, or business development

roles,

? Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport

and influence stakeholders at all levels.

? Strategic thinker with a customer-focused mindset and a track record of driving

results.

? Excellent negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.

? Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.

? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple

priorities effectively.

? Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data

and derive actionable insights.

? Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
