.Net / Next.js Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of full-stack web applications using Next.js (React) for frontend and .NET Core / .NET 6+ for backend.

Architect and implement scalable, high-availability solutions with best coding practices.

Build and optimize RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints, and real-time WebSockets.

Implement state management solutions (Redux, Context API, Zustand, Recoil) for seamless UI interactions.

Manage database operations using SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases.

Develop robust authentication, authorization, and security mechanisms using OAuth, JWT, OpenID Connect.

Work with DevOps teams to deploy applications using either Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines.

Improve performance through server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), caching, and code-splitting.

Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to coding standards.

Lead Agile/Scrum processes, participate in sprint planning, and provide technical guidance.

Frontend: Strong proficiency in Next.js, React, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), Tailwind CSS, Material UI.

Backend: Expertise in .NET Core, .NET 6+, C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, Entity Framework Core.

Databases: Hands-on experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.

APIs & Integrations: Experience with GraphQL, RESTful APIs, WebSockets.

Cloud & DevOps: Experience with Azure is necessary, AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, CI/CD tools.

Security & Authentication: Expertise in OAuth, JWT, OpenID Connect, API Security best practices.

Testing & Quality Assurance: Knowledge of unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing.

Additional responsibilities:

Participates in the entire software development cycle - requirements analysis, design and development, unit testing and documentation

Responsible for long-term code reusability and stability

Works independently, without guidance, with broader overview on the project

Takes ownership for the delivery of complex application features and resolves key technical issues related to the assigned project

Complies with estimation process and is responsible for accurate personal estimates

Develops required software features, achieving timely and quality delivery

Delivers trainings and participates in knowledge sharing

Mentors' new software engineers in the team

Integrates new technologies

Understands and follows the release processes in the company

Full Stack Engineer (6-8 years exp) to design, develop, and optimize full-stack applications using Next.js and .NET.
