Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Performance Marketing Lead to join our team. With 4 to 10 years of hands-on experience in paid marketing, you will play a crucial role in executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns. Your expertise will help us achieve our growth objectives and enhance our digital presence across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

• Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across search, social, display, and other paid channels.
• 
  Develop and implement strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and conversions.
• Optimize campaign performance through data analysis and A/B testing.

Performance Analysis:

• Monitor and analyse campaign metrics including CTR, CPA, CPL, and ROAS to assess effectiveness.
• Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) to track and enhance campaign performance.

Budget Oversight:

• Assist in managing campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation to maximize ROI.
• Monitor spending and performance to stay within budget while achieving campaign goals.
• Collaborate with vendors and partners to optimize cost-effectiveness.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the creative team to develop and refine ad creatives and landing pages.
• Coordinate with marketing team to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 4 to 10 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or a similar role.
• Proven experience in optimizing paid marketing campaigns with a focus on ROI.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools and platforms.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
