**YOUR ROLE and responsibilities:**
- Develop and customize responsive email and email templates
- Assist in creating custom landing pages and microsites to enhance email and traditional marketing campaigns
- Collaborate closely with in-house designers to provide guidance on email layout best practices
- Stay updated on industry news, trends, tools, and best practices
**REQUIRED SKILLS:**
- 4-9 years of email-specific development experience
- Strong expertise in Responsive & Interactive HTML Email Development
- Minimum 3 years of overall digital development experience (websites, applications, mobile, etc.)
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and advanced knowledge of JavaScript
- Optimize HTML, CSS, and JS code for maximum performance
- Thorough understanding of email best practices and ensuring compatibility across browsers and applications
- Experience in testing, troubleshooting, and optimizing across various browsers, platforms, and email clients

- Hands-on QA experience using Litmus and/or Email on Acid
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Email Marketing Platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Classic, SalesForce Marketing Cloud/ExactTarget, CheetahDigital/CheetahMail) is a plus
- Experience with source control (GIT), creating pull requests, and resolving merge conflicts
**Location:** Bangalore
**Work model:** 5 days in the office
**Shift:** 2 pm to 11 pm or 3 pm to 12 am,
