Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Brahmapur for a Customer Relationship Officer at Annapurna Finance Pvt. Ltd. The Customer Relationship Officer will manage and build relationships with clients, handle customer service inquiries, provide financial consultations, and drive sales of financial products. The role involves regular interaction with clients to understand their needs, promoting and explaining AMPLs financial services, and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
