Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Muzaffarpur for a State HR Business Partner. The role involves implementing and overseeing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and driving performance management strategies. Additionally, the State HR Business Partner will collaborate across teams to align HR initiatives with business objectives and support the organizations workforce development needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Policies and core Human Resources (HR) practices
• Experience in Employee Relations, including effective communication and conflict resolution
• Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law with the ability to ensure organizational compliance
