Job Description
- As a Client Success Delivery, Sr. Associate at our company, you will be responsible for the daily delivery and execution of assigned client accounts in a fast-paced environment. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing all aspects of assigned technical and creative projects, such as project planning, fact-finding, execution, timing, functionality, troubleshooting, quality, and cost
- Demonstrating a deep understanding of our product and service offerings to support client objectives
- Handling ongoing day-to-day client deliverables on assigned accounts
- Executing client deliverables, orders, and management on assigned accounts
- Working closely with cross-functional departments to set project expectations, priorities, and deadlines
- Effectively communicating client requests, concerns, and feedback to internal teams
- Attending and participating in client calls, managing status reports, and providing meeting minutes
- Identifying issues, reporting them, and overseeing resolution with manager support
- Being available for a flexible work schedule to accommodate clients on advertising deadlines
- Possessing a strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a team player mentality
- Managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Being thoroughly computer literate and able to learn new software and applications quickly
- Available to work night shift (US time zone)

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field
- 2+ years of advertising, client management, or project management in a SAAS environment preferred
- Previous print production and/or print fulfillment experience preferred
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with cross-functional teams
