WHY YOULL LOVE THIS JOB:

This role is on the Finance Team and will support the Hyderabad operations (HYD), partnering with the parent company finance team overseeing the Global Capabilities Center (GCC) financials. The position offers the opportunity to lead high-impact projects, collaborate with senior leaders across the parent company, and shape the strategic direction of the companys largest IT transformation to date.

• Complete the monthly close & forecast processes for the HYD office
• Evaluate progress towards KPIs to measure success of new venture
• Develop reports which support informed decisions by business leaders
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across the company to support the effective operation of the GCC, including compliance with local purchase requirements, capitalization thresholds, and HR policies that impact costs
• 
  Provide analytical and operational support to the HYD President, including evaluating business needs, organizational set-up requirements, and operational considerations.
• Report monthly status to the parent company for overarching consolidation
• Develop the annual operating budget of the HYD entity for consideration at the parent company

ALL YOULL NEED FOR SUCCESS:

Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience:

• Bachelors degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training (Accounting or Finance)
• 3+ years of related work experience
• Advanced Excel modeling skills

Preferred Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience:

• Masters Degree in Accounting, Finance, or MBA
• 4-6 years of experience in an Analyst role
• General understanding of Indian GAAP & US GAAP requirements (finance lease, capitalization requirements, etc.)
• Experience managing a company Income Statement & Balance Sheet
• Experience using Hyperion and SAP

Skills, Licenses, and Certifications:

• Superior analytical skills with an understanding of discounted cash flow analysis, forecasting techniques and variance analysis
• Adaptability and flexibility in the use of analytical approaches pertaining to financial issues
• Capacity to assimilate, synthesize, and analyze, large volumes of data
• Excellent teamwork skills, with proven ability to work effectively in a variety of situations
• Ability to accept ownership, responsibility and accountability of functional obligations
• Proven success in a team environment and ability to influence change
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work well with little supervision, and manage several projects simultaneously
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
• Ability to create and deliver PowerPoint presentations to all levels within the organization including Vice President and above
