Job Description

As a passionate Salesforce developer with 4+ years of hands-on application development experience, you will actively contribute to technical planning and requirements gathering to ensure smooth project execution. Your responsibilities will include designing, coding, testing, troubleshooting, and documenting software applications while upholding and implementing industry best practices throughout the software development lifecycle. You will collaborate effectively with team members of varying skill levels, demonstrating adaptability and mentorship where needed.

You will build and maintain robust applications leveraging programmatic components such as Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Web Services. Your strong understanding of core Salesforce platform capabilities, including Flows, Data Model, Security Model, and SSO (Single Sign-On), will be key in excelling in a multi-team Salesforce environment.
Your proficiency in both front-end and back-end development, with expertise in LWC, Apex, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and related technologies, will be essential in designing and delivering external-facing applications using Experience Cloud. You will apply your comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce SDLC processes, including experience with Git-based source control and deployment tools like Copado or Git Actions.

Your exceptional debugging and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to analyze disparate data (e.g., log files, error messages) to identify root causes, will ensure high-quality deliverables. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies will enable you to ensure a flexible and collaborative development approach. As a self-motivated individual capable of working independently and driving results, you will play a vital role in the success of the projects.
A Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience) is required. Salesforce certifications, such as Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I/II, or Architect-level certifications, are highly preferred. Your strong interpersonal skills and ability to work seamlessly with diverse teams to solve complex problems will be invaluable in this role.,
