About the Role
We are looking for high-potential Defence Veterans / Ex-Forces professionals who are keen to transition into a corporate leadership role within Talent Acquisition. This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in leading teams, operating in high-pressure environments, managing multiple stakeholders, and driving execution with discipline and ownership.
Prior experience in recruitment is not mandatory. We are looking for individuals with the right aptitude, leadership mindset, and ability to learn and adapt.
What You Will Do
- Lead and manage end-to-end hiring delivery for assigned business units or functions
- Build strong relationships with business leaders and internal stakeholders
- Drive structured execution against hiring goals, timelines, and priorities
- Coordinate across teams to ensure seamless hiring operations and candidate movement
- Bring discipline, planning, and operational rigor into recruitment delivery
- Analyze hiring progress, identify bottlenecks, and drive corrective actions
- Lead, mentor, and enable teams to deliver under changing priorities
- Build scalable processes and improve efficiency in talent acquisition operations
- Adapt quickly to new systems, tools, and business requirements

- Defence veterans / ex-servicemen from Army, Navy, Air Force, or similar disciplined leadership environments
- Experience managing teams, operations, or mission-critical execution
- Exposure to planning, coordination, people leadership, or cross-functional execution
- Prior corporate exposure is an advantage, but not mandatory
- Success in This Role Looks Like
In the first 6–12 months, you will:
- Build strong understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition fundamentals
- Lead hiring delivery with discipline and consistency
- Develop strong stakeholder relationships
- Drive team performance and operational excellence
- Bring structured execution and continuous improvement mindset into TA operations
