As a (Senior) Lead FrontEnd Engineer at 4flow, your responsibilities will include driving the technical direction of frontend systems, leading engineering initiatives, and mentoring team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and user-centric frontend solutions.
Tasks:
- Lead the design and development of frontend systems utilizing TypeScript, JavaScript, Vue.js, React, and HTML/CSS.
- Architect scalable and maintainable UI components.
- Guide the team in adopting best practices in frontend development and responsive design.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical strategy with business objectives.
- Drive initiatives in CI/CD, performance optimization, and system reliability.
- Mentor engineers and lead code reviews to maintain engineering excellence.
Professional Requirements and Expertise:
- Possess 9+ years of experience in frontend development.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrate deep expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript, Vue.js, React, and HTML/CSS.

- Have experience in the domain of Supply Chain and Logistics.
- Preferred skills include experience with Docker, AWS, responsive design, API integration, CI/CD, and AI/ML integration.
