Associate (Investment Banking)

- The Associate will working on M&A origination dialogues and transaction execution directly with senior bankers.

- To succeed in the organization, candidates will need to demonstrate high level of curiosity to learn about industries, business models, unit economics and sources of competitive advantage.

- Further, candidates need to demonstrate the ability to apply corporate finance, strategy and economics concepts while analyzing industries and companies, and supporting M&A origination dialogues.

- M&A transaction execution needs careful attention to detail, project management, and an ability to navigate industry, corporate finance, regulatory, tax and accounting topics to deliver a successful outcome for the client.

- Typically the deal teams are very lean and Associates are expected to lead the execution of the transaction end-to-end and thus get exposure to all aspects of the transaction.

- Problem-solving, analytical orientation, strong aptitude for understanding industries, businesses & their corporate strategy and unit economics
