Finance Leader - BFS

Key Responsibilities
Capital Raising & Investor Relations
- Lead equity fundraising across venture capital, private equity, and strategic investors
- Manage investor relationships, board reporting, and shareholder communication
- Prepare investor materials, financial models, and valuation frameworks
IPO Readiness & Capital Markets
- Drive IPO preparation including governance, financial reporting standards, and compliance frameworks
- Coordinate with merchant bankers, advisors, and auditors
- Build financial disclosures and institutional reporting processes
Capital Structure & Debt Management
- Structure and negotiate working capital facilities, term loans, and growth financing

- Lead debt restructuring and balance sheet optimization
- Maintain relationships with banks, NBFCs, and credit rating agencies
Financial Strategy & Governance
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation
- Establish strong internal controls and governance frameworks
- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and audit requirements
Financial Reporting & Analytics
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Build high-grade MIS and financial dashboards
- Monitor cash flow, margins, and delivery unit economics
Team Leadership
- Build and lead the finance, treasury, and compliance functions
- Drive financial discipline and operational cost efficiency across the organization
Qualifications Education
- CA or MBA (Finance) is a must.
Experience
- 8+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance or financial leadership roles
- Demonstrated experience in equity fundraising, capital markets transactions, and investor relations
- Prior involvement in IPO preparation, public listings, or capital market advisory preferred
- Experience with debt structuring, banking relationships, and financial restructuring
