Were hiring for the profile of Manager-Financial Modelling for Delhi location
Educational Qualifications: CA or MBA (Full Time)
Experience : 7-12 years of PQE
Budget: 28 LPA (including 8-10% Variable)
Working days: Alternative Sat off
NOTICE PERIOD: 1 Month (Buyout option is There)

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1) Financial Modelling
. Prepare and update financial models for lenders, investors, internal, etc.
. Financial analysis for various stakeholders to assess debt serviceability, profitability, funding requirements, etc.
. Valuations, returns, payback, etc.
2) Project Finance
. Debt raising initiatives including new sanctions, refinancing, etc.
. Working capital funding (sanction, documentation, security creation, disbursement, etc)
. Preparation of teasers, IM, notes, proposals, new loan applications, etc.
. Structuring a proposal based on a workable funding alternative
. Take up credit rating renewal/ fresh proposal
. Coordinate with Lenders appointed agencies including LIE, LLC, LIA, ASM, Security Trustee, etc.
3)Banking & relationship
. Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective lenders
. Mapping of banking structures, policies, procedures, etc.
. Submission of required information to banks on ongoing basis
. Ensuring renewal and review of limits on periodical basis
. Mapping of key dealing officials at various levels
4) Other Activities
. Manage financial coordination including BG/LC renewals, cash-flow planning, gap funding analysis, debt servicing support, and TRA/bank coordination for project/O&M payments.

. Prepare and optimize review materials such as internal/board presentations, funding notes, cost-optimization reviews, and responses to due-diligence queries.
. Support governance and oversight by attending internal review meetings, liaising with corporate teams, and ensuring timely updates on financing and project requirements.
